In embarking on a very early virtual spring clean in that wonderfully productive period between Christmas and The New Year, I came across this article the EU's KnowledgeBoard commissioned me to write in Q4 2008 on the work we were doing with Museums Libraries and Archives of London. I won't steal the thunder of my colleagues as much has happened in the intervening couple of months and they will be updating everyone once we can go public with the developments.
